Jenifer Pluff, Office Manager

Jen was born and raised in Northern Illinois. Her family decided to escape the cold and moved to Gilbert, AZ in 2016. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Medical Assistant in 2005 and a Licensed Aesthetician in 2010. In 2014 she graduated from Upper Iowa University with a Bachelor’s in Health Services Administration to pursue healthcare management. She has years of experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Medical Weight Loss, and Women’s Health, followed by leadership experience in both clinical, and acute care settings. She enjoys being able to utilize her years of medical, aesthetic and management experience fully in her current role. She loves spending quality time with her husband and 2 teenage children. Her hobbies include hiking, reading, wine tasting, shopping, visiting new places, and enjoying the outdoors.

Devon Crane: (left)

Devon was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from The University of Arizona in Tucson with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has since spent time traveling to the Philippines, Spain, Portugal, England, the Netherlands, Scotland, Cuba, Costa Rica, Aruba, and Mexico. Devon has joined our team as a Medical Assistant. When she is not busy assisting with Flight Physicals, she also functions as an administrative assistant. Devon has three feline friends, Charlie, Sgt. Pepper, and Princess Jasmine with whom she enjoys gardening with. She also enjoys hiking, reading, being outdoors, and a nice cup of tea.

Julia Shreder: (middle)

Julia has spent her whole life around aviation. Her father took her on her very first plane ride in a Cessna 177 Cardinal RG at just 3 months old. Julia is from Mesa, Arizona where she spent a great deal of her childhood at Falcon Field Airport. She currently holds a student pilots license. Julia has recently assumed the Manager position for Aviation Medical Solutions, focusing on complex Special Issuance and HIMS Program cases. She has three children, and two fur babies. In her free time she enjoys riding motorcycles, hiking, camping, and reading.

Karley Noe: (right)

Karley is from Gilbert, Arizona. She graduated from the East Valley Institute of Technology in 2018 with a Medical Assistant Certification. She has been working with Dr. Shreder since graduation. Karley works as both a Flight Physical Medical Assistant, and her more recent role of Administrative Assistant for Aviation Medical Solutions. She has a Boston Terrier named Moon with whom she enjoys spending her free time. Karley also likes traveling, shopping, and unleashing her inner foodie exploring all kinds of restaurants and cuisine.
